What to expect
I outline the property sales process and provide a timeline, making sure you understand the process of selling your property. I prepare a Comparative Marketing Analysis to assist you in determining a pricing strategy for your property. I prepare a seller's cost sheet to detail what your specific costs and profits are. I assist you in preparing the property for sale, including providing access to our preferred vendors to supply staging, landscaping, handypersons, and whatever else may be needed to prepare your property for market. I will recommend inspections that would need to be done, before placing your property on the market.
Sotheby's online marketing commitment
I will hold a Broker's open house to promote your property within the real estate community, and hold public open houses as often as necessary to promote the property and assess the validity of potential buyers.
I will provide a professional photographer to present your property in the best light for marketing purposes in brochures, magazine and newspaper advertisements. I will also market your property on the Search All Listings, as well as a multitude of other websites including:

Reputation - I maintain an excellent relationship with agents all over the county. Networking- within our company we have a "buy/sell" meeting where agents get together and share new, up and coming listings, as well as listings that are not in the MLS. I am a member of the Top Agent Network, a Realtor email network of top producing agents around the bay area, through which I receive information on new properties which are not yet on the market.
